Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Roads Jobs 2024

To become eligible for this jobs, here are the key criteria you must meet.

First, you must be a citizen of Kenya with valid means of identification.
You must be residing in the Country currently.
Passing the secondary education exams with at least D+ mean grade is mandatory.
Your K.C.S.E result must contain English and Kiswahili languages.
Applicants must be between the ages of 21 to 35 years.
You must understand and meet the requirements of chapter six of Kenyan constitution.

1. Deputy Director

Candidates applying for this role must have a minimum of Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Marine Engineering or Economics from a recognized university.
Applicant must have served as Assistant Director for at least three (3) years of experience.
Should possess relevant professional qualification.
You must have attended managerial and leadership capabilities.

2. Quantity Surveyors

For this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in either Building Economist, Quantity Surveying or related academic discipline.
Must possess good interpersonal, communication and analytics skills.
Environmental Officers
Applicants for this position must have first degree in Environmental studies or related academic discipline from an accredited university.
Should be able to use Environment related software and technologies appropriately.

3. Architects

A degree in Architecture or related discipline is alright.
Master’s degree is an additional advantage.
Been a member of relevant professional bodies is a plus.
