  • You need a Masters and bachelor’s degree in either Agriculture, Engineering of Management to qualify for this post
  • You should have relevant work experience for at least nine (9) years, 5 of which should be in a managerial role.
  • Candidates applying for this role must not eb more than fifty-six (56) years of age.
  • Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
