You must have served for at least ten (10) years, three (3) of which should be at a senior management level in the public sector or corporate sector or a reputable law firm as the County Solicitor

Educational Qualifications/Skills

I.) Director/Deputy Director: This position for a Master’s Degree holder in a relevant discipline such as Geography, Forestry, Natural resources Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

II.) Chief Administrator: Candidate applying is only to hold a Diploma in any Public Administration, Business Administration/ Management, Community Development or any other related field from a recognized institution.

III.) Ward Administrator: This role requires a Bachelor degree in a relevant field; a Diploma in Advanced Public Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution.

IV.) County Solicitor: Applicant is to hold LLB from a recognized university, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Services from the Council of Legal Education, a Holder of a current practicing certificate, and Master’s Degree and or other relevant post graduate (advantage).
