Kazi Mtaani Phase 4 Pay

Kazi Mtaani payments have changed over the times of the previous phases. In the first phase, the recruits earned about Ksh 650 with a minimum of Ksh 600 daily. 

Starting the second phase, the pay significantly dropped to Ksh 455, and experienced a rise in the phase 3 with an addition of Ksh 50 making it Ksh 505 for the third phase. 

With the current phase announced, the fourth one, the earning is expected to increase to level or higher than the third phase earnings.

Eligibility Criteria for Kazi Mtaani Phase 4

Kazi Mtaani Phase 4 Application Deadline

If you are applying for Kazi Mtaani Phase 4, you must process your application before 29th November, 2024. After this date, your application will no longer be considered valid.

The Selection Process

Kazi Mtaani consists of the following selection committee; Nyumba Kumi local leaders, Community youth leaders, Informal settlement leaders, and National government administration officers (NGAO). 

The members of this committee work head on to shortlist applicants after assessing their applications. The selection process is merit-based, so without meeting the criteria, chances are less to get picked.

Important Information

Once you are fully verified for the program, you must strictly adhere to the specifications of the program. 

  • You must work for at least 8 hours in a day, starting from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday with public holidays exempted. 
  • As an employee, you are only to work for 11 days in a month
