Corporation Secretary and Director (Legal Services)

Master’s and Bachelor of Laws Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Science from a university recognized in Kenya
You must be a holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Council of Legal Education (CLE)
Minimum twelve (12) years equivalent work experience with at least five (5) years in management role in a position in the Public Service or in the Private Sector

Director Corporate Services

This role requires a holder of Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Human Resource Management, Finance, ICT, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent
A valid certifications from the Institute of Human Resource Management, ICTA, and PRSK where appropriate
A Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from KNEC, where applicable and possess at least 12 years experience, 5 in management role

Deputy Director, Environment and Social Safeguards

You must hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Studies or equivalent from a university recognized in Kenya
Registration with NEMA as a Lead Expert is mandatory
At least 10 years’ experience in relevant work, 5 years in a supervisory role
Valid Annual Practicing License from NEMA

Deputy Director, Human Resource Management

Candidates applying must possess a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree social sciences such as Human Resource Management, Economics, Public Administration, or its equivalent
You must have a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration
Certified Human Resource Professional Level 6 (CHRP 6) or any equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution and registered as a member of IHRM
Applicant must have served for a minimum period of ten years with at least five years’ experience in a supervisory position

Director Engineering (Roads)

A holder of Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a university recognized in Kenya is required for this post
Applicant must possess a professional qualification and membership to Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK), and Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK) or another
Prior experience for at least 12 years with at least 5 years in a management position
You must hold a valid Annual Practicing License from the EBK and any other professional qualifications.
