- A minimum of eight years’ relevant work experience, three of which must have been at a supervisory level
- Membership to Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) in good standing is required
- You must be fully Certified Procurement and Supply Chain Professional of Kenya (CPSP-K)
- Candidate must satisfy the chapter 6 requirements of the Kenyan constitution and be proficient in computer applications
3. Manager Internal Audit
- Applicant must be a holder of Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- You must have at least ten (10) years relevant work experience
- Working with Big Four audit firms and insurance industry will be an added advantage
- Applicant must be a member of the ICPAK or equivalent in good standing
4. Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
- Applicant must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience at senior management level in a large organization preferably in a similar position
- Bachelor’s and postgraduate degree in Finance. Insurance. Business Administration or other relevant discipline from a recognized university
5. Supply Chain Officer
- Candidate must have at least 4 years’ experience with at least four within the Public Institution is required
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field, procurement and logistics will be an added advantage
- Institute of Purchasing Supplies (MCIPS) will be an added advantage
6. Manager, Life Business
- Applicant must be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in insurance or a business related field
- You must possess ACII and/or AIIK as a professional qualification
- Candidate must have prior years of experience for at least 6 years; two of which should be in management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and management skills are required
