Has operated a business in the municipality or resided there for at least five years.
Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Kenya Constitution 2010 and is not disqualified for office under the County Government Act or any other law.

Tourism Officer II

A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Tourism, Tourism Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Eco-tourism, Hotel and Institutional Management, Information Technology, Travel and Tours Operations, International Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or Travel and Tourism Management, from a recognized institution.

Senior Principal Superintending Engineer (Director)

For appointment to this grade, you must have:

Served for a minimum period of twelve (12) years, three (3) of which should be in the grade of Senior Superintending Engineer (Water and Sewerage) Job Group ‘N’ and above;

At least twelve years of experience, including three years in a Senior Management role within the public service or private sector.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Water Engineering, or a related field, from a recognized institution.
A Master’s Degree in Civil or Water Engineering, or a related field, from a recognized institution.
Registered by Engineers Registration Board of Kenya as a Professional Engineer.
A current annual Practicing License issued by the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya.
Affiliation with the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK).
A Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme, lasting at least six weeks, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Proven administrative skills for overseeing and implementing water and sewerage engineering programs and projects.
