iii. A clearance certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
iv. A valid Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)

Managing Director (One Post)
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in fields such as Civil or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Water Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or Project Planning and Management is required. A postgraduate qualification in a related field is a plus.
- Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in a management role, ideally with a focus on the water sector. Experience in senior management within the water industry will be highly advantageous.
- Applicants must hold a professional qualification, be a member of a relevant professional body in good standing, and be skilled in Management Information Systems related to the water sector as well as standard office software.
- Familiarity with the design, implementation, and operation of water and sanitation infrastructure is essential.
- The ability to work independently, coupled with strong communication skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise, is crucial.
- Additionally, candidates should be well-versed in the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2015 and Disposal Regulations 2020.
Finance and Administration Manager
