4. Chairperson, Legal Education Appeals Tribunal:

Candidate must have a bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized University.
Applicant must be an Advocate of the High Court.

5. Judge of the High Court of Kenya:

Applicant must hold a law degree from a recognized university, or be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, or possess an equivalent qualification in a Common-law jurisdiction.

6. Judge of the Court of Appeal:

Applicant must hold a law degree from a recognized university, or be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, or possess an equivalent qualification in a Common-law jurisdiction.

7. Chief Registrar of the Judiciary:

Candidate must have a law degree from a recognized university, or be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, or possess an equivalent qualification in a Common-law jurisdiction.

8. Economist/Statistician/Research Officer:

He or she must have a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Public – Policy Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
