1. Security Assistant
- Applicant must have HND in Security Studies or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with three (3) years of relevant experience
- You must have undergone a 3 months Security Training from the Administration Police Training College or any other recognized institution.
- You must be physically and mentally fit.
2. Research and Innovation Assistant
- This role requires a Higher Diploma in Business Studies, Insurance, or Statistics, with three (3) years of relevant experience; OR
- Diploma in Business Studies, Insurance, or Statistics, with four (4) years of relevant experience
3. Office Administrator
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a business-related field; OR
- Hold a Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent from KNEC or any other recognized institution with three (3) years of experience; OR
- Hold a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from the Kenya National Examinations Council or any other recognized institution with four (4) years of experience
4. Financial Analyst
For this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance from a recognized institution.
5. Actuarial Officer
You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial Engineering to be eligible for this vacancy.
6. Assistant Manager Records
- Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Records Management or any of the Social Sciences plus a Certificate in Information Management or other relevant qualification
- You must have at least six (6) years of relevant work experience
- Applicant must have attended a management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks
7. Assistant Manager Administration
- You must hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Commerce or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution
- Six (6) years of relevant experience is required for the position
- Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks
- Applicant must excel in presentation and communication skills
8. Assistant Manager Supply Chain Management
- Candidate must have BSc and MSc in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Business Administration or a relevant qualification from a recognized institution
- You must have be a member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience is required for the position
- Applicant must have completed a management Course lasting not less than four weeks
9. Assistant Manager Supervision
- Applicant must be a Master’s degree holder in Statistics, Insurance, Economics, Law, Business Administration or its equivalent
- Candidate applying must possess six years of relevant experience
- You must have completed a management Course lasting not less than 4 weeks
- You must hold a professional qualifications in Insurance or Accounting (ACII/AIIK/FLMI/CPA)
- Applicant must be a member of a relevant professional body
10. Manager Human Resource Management
- For this role, you must hold an MSc, BSc, and Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- Membership to the Institute of Human Resources Management with a current practicing certificate is required
- Applicant must have at least nine (9) years of relevant work experience and
- Completed a management course lasting not less than 4 weeks
