Requirements, Qualification and Skills

It is expected that applicant of CRA recruitment must have a valid National ID card or Passport, a minimum of grade D+ in KCSE including English language and then meet the criteria set out in chapter six (6) of Kenya constitution.

Directorate of Research

  • For the post of Directorate of research, you must have a PhD in Economics or Statistics and five (5) years of relevant working experience.
  • You should have a good understanding of econometrics and its software usage. Possessing excellent communication, presentation and effective interpersonal skills are necessary.

Manager, Communications

  • To get qualified for this position, you must possess a Master’s degree in Communications, Corporate Communication etc.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience related to this post is needed.
  • Your ability of strong writing, editing and proofreading are essential skills.

Manager, Transitional Equalization

  • A Master’s in Development Economics, Political Science etc. from a standard institution is mandatory as well as seven (7) years’ work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are added advantage.
