The program is currently looking for innovative agripreneurs to participate as incubatees in a nationwide recruitment drive, where they will receive training and support tailored to various agricultural value chains.
The ENABLE program covers the entire agricultural value chain, including production, processing, value addition, input supplies, and marketing.
Specific focus areas for recruitment include poultry, vegetables, dairy, beef, pasture, mushrooms, pigs, and fish.

For those whose agribusinesses have achieved a turnover of more than KES 500,000, the accelerated track offers a shorter 3-month program focused on scaling up existing operations.

Eligibility Criteria for Agripreneur Recruitment 2024

- Applicants must be Kenyan citizens with a valid National ID and be between 18 to 35 years old*.
- You’ll need to submit relevant educational certificates based on your chosen incubation category (either *Standard or Accelerator).
- Applicants must provide a KRA PIN certificate and a Certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau.
- Upon admission, all candidates must meet integrity requirements.
- You must submit a concise one-page business proposal that demonstrates:
- A novel and innovative business idea.
- Access to business premises, office space, and land for production (if applicable).
- How your selected value chain is adaptable to the local project area.
- Availability of a market for your product or service.
- Risk factors and strategies to mitigate them.
- Required licenses and permits (if applicable)

- Projects focused on Value Addition, Aggregation, Marketing, Agricultural Services, and Distribution will be given priority.
