Eligibility Criteria for NCTTCA Recruitment 2024

One who wishes to come out successful must not exceed 45 years old at the time of the recruitment and not below 25 years of age.
You must agree to an appointment terms which is a 4-year fixed-term contract renewable twice only
For this recruitment, application will only be received and reviewed if from a South Sudanese applicant.
As a woman, you are highly encouraged to apply for the vacant position
Proficiency in English and French. Having working knowledge of both languages is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications/Skills

The ideal candidate for the open position must:

Hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering, or Project Management with adequate qualification in regional integration
Knowledge of international conventions relating to transport is an asset
Practical experience in the field of civil engineering of not less than 10 years of which 6 is at managerial level
Applicant must be able to develop, implement and report an individual action plan for achieving specific work goals
Excel in good interpersonal and communication skills
